Personal Statement

I have been playing soccer since the age of 4. I am a passionate, energetic player and am more than happy to play out of position if needed for any team I play on (I started in defence as a Right Back, later becoming open to Left Back and now I have moved to playing CDM/CM in the midfield). I aspire to play at the highest level possible and to continuously improve my soccer ability while pursuing academics.

I have been told by many coaches and teachers that I am an outgoing and open-minded person, always open to feedback and criticism.

I am successful in both my academics and soccer as I have been maintaining a 3.6+ GPA since my middle school years and, most notably, made my under-17 national soccer team at the age of 13.

Soccer has taught me many valuable lessons that I have since applied to my life in and outside the sport. I am very enthusiastic about soccer and am always striving for success in my academics.
