My aspiration is to play at a high collegiate level in soccer, as my passion is in soccer. However, I would love to graduate college with a study in kinesiology, and possibly a double major in kinesiology and sports medicine. My biggest goal is to be able to play at a high, competitive level of soccer, where it would open up opportunities for me to play at a professional or semi professional level. For soccer, I don't know what I'd do without it, as I have been playing since a very young age. So being able to play at a high level is what I aspire to do. I believe my biggest contribution to a team would be my mental stability on the pitch, and my work ethic. I am able to stay calm and play my game no matter the situation of the game, and I am able to stay calm under pressure. I am able to meet the demands of the game and effectively work well with a team. I feel that I can benefit a team with my work ethic, as I feel I am always working my hardest. If I were to lose the ball, I know I will do my best to win it back, and not dwell on the fact that I lost it. I am a coachable athlete that has played with various coaching styles, such as American, European, and recently Brazilian. I am also very versatile, and able to play in multiple positions.
In terms of academics, I am able to cope with the academic standards that a school provides. I am a 2023 graduate. For grades 9 and 10, I took IGCSE, and got a 3.53 GPA. I am currently in the process of taking IB, with Higher Level Classes for English, Economics, and Biology. And for Standard Level Classes, I am taking Spanish, Psychology, and Math. Since I want to be able to study Kinesiology, I made sure to take Higher Level Biology, as I know it will benefit me in the future for Kinesiology.
I also volunteer year round as an assistant coach for the younger academy's at my school, and help the school pack bags of food for the poor for an organisation called OnePhuket. Before, in Okinawa, Japan, I volunteered everyday at a foodbank, supplying food to local orphanages, and those in need, in an organisation called HelpOki. Furthermore, I volunteered everyday as a coach for younger kids as well on a team called Brazilian Soccer Club (BSC). I also tutor younger students in Math.
