  • It was a one-day camp, where one of the most important teams in the country (Uruguay) selects youth potential candidates to integrate into the club. The way they do it is by inviting the selected ones to practice with them in Montevideo while the kids still play with their home clubs and keep developing skills. I was selected!

Also, I learnt from Sebastian Pereyra, who was by then the Division 1 team goalkeeping coach for Plaza Colonia, Uruguay. Nowadays, Chris Belanger is my goalkeeping coach in Sudbury, ON, Canada.
