Personal Statement
Coming from an Argentinian/Italian background I have the passion for Futból. I have played since the age of 5, and over the years played all positions. I currently play as left back defense and center-back when needed. My left foot is dominant...but I feel my right has the same power and control. Having been raised in Miami Beach, and now living in Germany I have been able to experience the different training/game styles of Latin/South American training and playing prior, and now the very technical German style. Being exposed to living abroad learning different cultures, having to learn a different language, and an intense education system has been a definite challenge for me. Attending an international school and being exposed to a German European education which is very high level, (much greater than what I was being taught in at a Technical High School in Miami) discipline is definitely needed for studying. I am appreciating being exposed to great athletic training and a high quality education...even if it is challenging. I really enjoy Biology, Economics, and Global Learning and plan to major in Biology in college. I want to attend college in the United States and plan to focus on attending colleges in California. I lived there for a short time and loved and miss it.
I devote my life to this amazing sport by meditating, sleeping well, maintaining a proper diet, lifting weights, and of course playing and practicing 5 days a week in order to become the best. Maintaining a healthy mind in order to be the best is just as imperative as a healthy body. I am dedicated to my life's passion and I am driven to reach for success. I am on an amazing life journey. My mom who has raised 3 kids as a single mother has taught me and my younger brother that we have to be the certain type of men that the world is short of. She uses the Mamba mentality' to keep us striving for our dream and to practice everything in life in this manner. Truth be told, its not easy but I know she is right.
So, this is me, Valentino Gabriel Fragni, a great competitive international player and global citizen.
