Personal Statement

I am a dual national (ITALY/USA) student at “Liceo Scientifico Morgagni” in Rome, Italy, graduating in 2022. I play midfield for Montespaccato Savoia Calcio an team playing in the U19 Juniores Serie D league. 

My overall GPA is around 4.0. using the US-Italy Fulbright Commission’s  “Recommended Guidelines for US-Italy Grade Conversion”. In Italy they grade on a scale of ten. My average in the Italian system is 8.2/10. 

In my first years of high school (pre-COVID) I was selected to represent my high school the various school sporting events in Rome which include: cross country, the 2km run, the 1.5km run, the 80m dash and the 110 hurdles. I arrived in the top 5 in every event, except the cross country which I finished 13th out of 500 students.
