Personal Statement
I started playing soccer when I was 7 years old in Lacey, WA. From then on I fell in love with the sport and could not stop playing. Now I play for Kanoa Football Club and the NMI national team in Saipan. The coaches do a great job helping me improve my craft such as my decision-making, but they also motivate me to keep pushing. Recently, I went to Qingdao, China to compete in the U15 EAFF Championship. I got an assist and experienced playing at an international level. Seeing the skill and strength of other players my age is what motivates me to do my best in training and matches. In the future, I want to continue playing at higher levels and test myself. I go to Mount Carmel School, which is a private Catholic school. I am an Honor student and I enjoy history, language, and biology. Collegiate soccer would be a great outlet for me to get the education that I need while continuing to play at a higher level.
