Personal Statement
Hello, My name is Marcos Pacheco, and I´m from Puerto Rico. I´m 17 years old, I am 5´5 of Height, I weight around 150, I´m pretty fast. I am a defender, stopper or midfield defender, or right wing defense, or right or left midfield for last. I started as a forward, then midfielder. After an injury I started playing as right and left wings. My coach believed I played very well as right wing defender, and I have developed to be a great defender, but I play much better as a stopper sometimes defender middle fielder. I have good ground passing, and my air passing too. My vision is very good, and I play with the team, making passes and not taking the ball for myself. I play at the speed neccesary in the game. I am aggressive and have no fear, and show a lot of dedication, I have obedience, and I do what the coach wants me to do. I have control of the ball and very good and running it too. I have been team captain of my school and club. I like to be on the field first and be ready fast, and give everything on the field, and be the last. I never miss a practice, and practice home extra days and in practice I work as hard as I can and concentrate a lot. I always put soccer first, do anything to practice or play. That is why I want to play on college, to keep playing the sport I love, and not having to stop, because it has always been my dream to play college soccer or more. I wish to play at any place of the country, where I can stand the weather, and at any type of college, I am open for any opportunity that is presented for me. I wish to get a good education, is a major thing too, and the majors I chosen, are criminal justice and political science. A goal of mine is to play on freshman year, and play soccer at the level I achive or can and win my time on the field by hardwork and doing correctly the job.
