Personal Statement
My name is Jose Pinto. I am a 6'-2", 165 pound starting foward of U-20 Atletico Venezuela CF's academy, which is a first division team in Venezuela. I have great strength, I'm physical and I make lots of goals by headers. I'm hard worker not only inside the pitch but also outside. I strive to be better than anyone else. I’m a smart player, I have the ability to read the game very well and make the right movements at the right time. I want to play at a level that consistantly tests my soccer abilities.
My desired major is eather Business or Economics. Where I go to college is not as important as to why I would go to a certain college, which is for a strong soccer program.
My goal is to play college soccer and one day be able to go professional. Also to become a better soccer player, help my team to win national championships and score as many goals as I can. I am the type of person who does whatever it takes to accomplish a task.
Due to my current exposure at the highest level of club soccer in Venezuela, and my experience playing on the U-14 Empoli FC's academy. I feel that I can make an impact. I feel that I can positively contribute to a soccer program.
