I believe my most substantial strength is my ability to read a game. As an athlete who plays multiple sports, I use different techniques to help me in other sports. An example that I can think of is my defense in Basketball, I can predict where the offensive player is going to go and cut them off from doing so. Then I translate that into Soccer, by being able to predict and read where the offensive player wants to go and cut them off. And finally translating that into volleyball, I can read where the setter wants to go, whether it be to the middle hitter, outside hitter, opposite, or even middle back hitter. Often during my games, I will be calling out what the setter is wanting to do before he is even able to do it.
Moving away from athletics, the academic side of myself. I see myself as a good-standing student at my school. I value academics a lot higher than other athletes at my school. Because I realized that if athletics don't work out, I always have my academics to rely on
