Personal Statement
I have been playing soccer since the age of 4 and have always had a strong love for the game. Since the first day I stepped onto the pitch, I knew I wanted to play soccer for as long as possible. Training a lot at my current school really has prepared me for the next stage in my life, to apply for a US university enabling me to maintain my fitness and performance level.
I am currently attending Millfield School, the best sports private school in the UK on a Soccer scholarship. The school has produced many talents such as Tyrone Mings who plays for Ipswich, Chris Robshaw, England Rugby Captain to name a few. Gary Lineker's son currently attends the school and David Beckham has been looking at the school also. I am privileged enough to attend this great school and luckily my football ability has given me a scholarship to attend. We have won the National Cup, English Schools Cup and Independants Schools Cup.
I have always been a team leader who strives for the team to perform as well as possible. I have a wide range of passing and vision that enables me to execute things at a very fast tempo. I am very good in the air and naturally very strong. I am very adaptable and I am willing to learn anything new that will enable me to become a better player.
I dedicate a lot of time in the classroom as well as on the soccer field. Maintaining high grades is the key to success if you also want to achieve things in soccer. If I want the best possible universities, I am going to need high grades to go alongside my soccer.
I am very open to which university I choose. I want the best possible option which will push me to become a better soccer player, as well as a better person. I want to achieve great things making myself proud as well as my family who have supported me through everything.
