Personal Statement
I am an eighteen-year-old, right/back defensive midfielder, who has a passion for football that has carried me around the world. My best attributes on the field are my passing, ability to retain possession, agility, tenacity when defending one on one and most important, the ability to remain calm under pressure. I have played football in the UK since the age of 13 when I left my home in Bermuda to pursue better opportunities on and off the field.
My greatest accomplishments to date are first, being called to the senior men’s national team of Bermuda at the age of 18. I am also the current captain of the Bermuda U 20 national team. I have won many trophies and accolades together with teams playing in Spain, Panama, the USA, the UK and at home in Bermuda, but my most coveted was winning the ISFA Cup in my senior year at Royal Russell School in England.
In my down time I enjoy mastering Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and get practice designing clothing, in hopes of one day owning my own clothing store. On or off the field I recognize that passion, together with hard work, is the key to success.
