Personal Statement
I am an avid supporter of sport in general, and someone who is fairly athletic and talented, I have played cricket and soccer at a district level and represented my high school at hockey and rugby as well. Therefore, I believe I am fairly athletic. Soccer is my passion, it is my life and I want to play professionally; which i believe I have the ability and the desire to do.
I am a purist when it comes to my football style, which means I like to play beautiful soccer, to me this means quick transitions through the thirds (starting from the central pivot) and lots of possession. However, as a defensive midfielder I also see the beauty in getting stuck in and putting your head where it hurts for the good of the team and the victory.
My soccer idol is Cesc Fabregas
