Personal Statement
My passion is soccer and it is what makes me a better person. When I commit to soccer, I am not only committing to soccer, but also to my parents and school. When I am responsible and dedicated to soccer, I become more dedicated to the things that are just as important as soccer: grades, giving a good example to my sisters, etc. I am a good candidate for your team because I am dedicated and because I learn from my mistakes. I like to listen to my coach when he is pointing out my mistakes so that I do not do them again. I like to set the example for others. I like to be the leader on the field. Instead of talking through the whats-app group or during school, I just don't talk and let my actions and hard work talk for me. What makes me different is my desire to win. I want to win on everything. On every practice, every game, every video game, every shoot-off and when I loose, I make sure it doesn't happen again.
