Personal Statement
My school career has been quite perfect. I've never been suspended or adverted, always being referred to as an exemplar kid, by teachers, counselors, friends' parents, coordinators, in and out of the classroom. There are several academic accomplishments from 1st to 12th grade. I couldn't care less about parties and similar affairs. What really matters is staying connected to my family, close friends, music projects, personal development, and, of course, soccer.
I'm a very ambitious person, with the goal of becoming a top-notch professional musician. It translates into the sport: for a soccer program, that would mean big goals, like the Nationals. Why not? My friends have always described me as a captain, either by words or example. If we need someone to take a decisive penalty, I'll step up. If we need a speech after a tough loss or motivation on halftime, I'll have the word. I'm very vocal in the pitch, commanding the team and keeping everybody involved.
Graduating from a top 5 high school in Brazil provides me various and big opportunities, and I'd like to explore them abroad, absorbing new cultures, learning, becoming a better individual for myself and the society, and there's no better way of doing so than playing the sport I love. I know what I can offer to a soccer program, all it takes is that first step.
