Personal Statement
I am fortunate to be growing up in a multi-cultural family. My mother is Greek-American and my father is Brazilian, therefore providing me with 3 passports. My father is an ex-soccer player and contributed to developing my passion for soccer since a very young age. He has also taught me the importance of discipline, sacrifice and teamwork, which, due to his experience as an athlete and as a coach, gives me exceptional insight into how to become a true athlete.
I am proud to have been selected by the U19 Team of ARIS FC to play in the U19 Super League Championship in Greece, a league with high expectations as last year's winner won the UEFA Youth League and went on to play the Interconatinental Cup against U20 Flamengo FC. At the same time, however, academically I would like to pursue a future in Sports Management in combination with the study of Physiotherapy or Kinesiology.
