Hi Coaches,
My name English name is Patrick Van Kulh and my legal/burmese name is Phone Myat Pyae Sone. I am a 15-year-old goalkeeper from Myanmar that is currently attending Putnam Science Academy. Ever since when I was young I have always wanted to play professionally as a goalkeeper. I have played and trained as a goalkeeper since when I was in 4th grade but not until after covid settled down did I start training at Yangon United Football Academy. This Academy taught me and shaped me into what a player I am. On April 2023 I got called up by Red Hawks Yangon which is a team that is playing in the FIFA-MFF U15 youth league currently to come for a training session. I played with confidence and all my power, fortunately, after the training session they saw my skills and recruited me to play for their team. April 2023, since that month I have been training and going to matches as Red Hawks Yangon player in the FIFA-MFF U15 youth league. I have received multiple offers from top schools across the US and Rome, Italy to play for them for the 2024/25 season. I will be playing with the Putnam Science Academy prep soccer team starting this school year. Putnam Science Academy was ranked top 5 nationally in the past and play against the top 10 nationally ranked teams regularly so I am sure playing there will prepare me for college soccer.
With my skills and determination, I am sure that I will be an important member of your team if you give me a chance. I am excited and thrilled to show the team my attitude, skills, and commitment.
Sincerely, Patrick
