Personal Statement
I have played soccer for about 11 to 12 years and I've always had the dream of one day becoming a professional soccer player. I never have and never will give up this dream because I know with some amount of luck and absolute will I can achieve my goal. I though do not want to stop going to school and that is why I thought of the sports programs at the various universities in North America because they can offer both things at once. I would say I have a strong personality on and off the field. I'm louder off the field than on the field. I am a player who never gives up and never likes to lose. I am also the sort of player who never stays still and content with the achieved things in the sense of that I always try to grasp for more and try to improve myself in any possible way as a human, as an academic and as a player. I live in Switzerland and I've played top-flight soccer (not U-teams but the so called Coca Cola Junior League). I started at a club named FC Herrliberg and then went on to play for FC Küsnacht and FC Red Star ZH with FC Red Star ZH being one of the most important and biggest clubs in the region. I went back though to Küsnacht to get into the 1st team to already start gaining experience playing with adults.
