I am a good student and am most interested in finding a school that is the best it for me academically. Though I would love to continue playing soccer at the collegiate level, finding the right industrial design/engineering program is my top goal.
I am a smart and unselfish player who puts my team first and am always willing to make the extra pass. I play my best in an attacking, possession style system. My size, speed, and versatility allow me to play up high, box to box or on the edges. No matter the position or role, I will play it to the best of my abilities and understanding. I have a strong work ethic and most often you will find me at the practice fields after school with as many of my teammates I can convince to come.
I am very intentional about taking care of my body. From an early age my coaches and trainers have treated me like an athlete and taught me how to properly stay healthy, grow stronger and get faster. This has served me well, and I have been sidelined just once in my 8 years of playing competitively (with a grade 2 sprained ankle). I missed a single game and was back in just over a week. I attribute this to my focus on properly warming up, stretching and being prepared to work.
I consider myself a leader, and was chosen team captain of my Freshman and Sophomore HS teams. I treat all of my teammates as equals, freshman through varsity, and seek to mentor the underclassman, which are most often the ones who join me after school for extra touches.
