Soccer has always been a passion of mine. I fell in love with the game after my first official session at 4 years old. The sport has taught me countless life lessons and helped me grow through accountability, and the work ethic required to play at a high level. I have always enjoyed training, playing, and putting in extra work on the field. These skills have helped me achieve success in the classroom and other aspects of my life. Hard work and dedication have helped me earn a 4.0 unweighted GPA. A year ago, I faced a season ending injury two weeks into the season. Once again through the perspective soccer provides, I realized that injuries are a part of the sport and I set a goal to be productive off the pitch. During this time, I learned a great deal about myself, especially the mental and tactical aspect of the game. I learned what it took to come back from losing an entire season of soccer, doing the rehab and conditioning required to get back on the pitch at a high level. I have always been a technical and quick player with a high game IQ. I believe I have all the skills needed to make an impact on your program.
