Jordan Ortega '15 Recruiting Profile

My experience playing soccer has been unreal. When I first started playing soccer, it was right before Hurricane Katrina struck. After that, I stopped playing soccer for awhile. It wasn't until my Freshmen year in high school that I realized that it was something that I had to do again.  I was the only sophomore to make the varsity team with 16 other seniors.  It was just a great experience playing with a very skilled squad. I've loved it my whole life and it would just be a great opportunity to play for a collegiate school. My goal is to be the best soccer player that I can be.  The thing that makes me a good candidate is that I have very good team leadership and I try to be the best mentor to my team.  My character shows that I am a competent young guy who shows respect for what I do and that is playing the best sport in the world.
