I am a 6’ 2”, 175-pound incoming high school junior living in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. I have strong skills in both defense and wing. I recently ran the mile in 5 minutes and 25 seconds. I play strong, fast and physical and pride myself in my ability to intercept passes.
I currently play for Andrew Serafino with the Intercontinental Football Academy of New England on their West 2007 Boys NAL team. I began playing for Coach Serafino in 2015 with the New England Football Club and transferred with him to Juventus Academy Boston West. At JAB I was invited to play for the Juventus ECNL team in mostly a defensive role. In 2023 our Juventus team became part of the Intercontinental Football Academy. With this team I have completed across New England as well as South Carolina, West Virginia, Florida, and Arizona in Regional and National EDS and ECNL tournaments. Over my 9 years with Coach Serafino, I have improved all aspects of my game including my game IQ and speed of play. His training has been invaluable to my development as a player.
In the fall of 2023, I was the starting left wing for East Longmeadow High School. I enjoyed the challenge of being a sophomore and competing against older players. Although I usually play defense or wing for IFA, I believe I will be playing striker for my high school for the 2024 fall season. I am excited for this challenge which will give me game experience in both offensive and defensive roles at the high school level. This summer I represented Western Massachusetts in the Bay State Games and enjoyed competing with players across the state.
When not playing soccer or at school I enjoy fishing and hanging out with friends and family. This spring I ran an afterschool soccer program for sixteen 4th grade boys at White Street School in Springfield, MA. It was great to see the boys having fun and playing soccer together. A few of the boys didn’t speak English as they had recently immigrated from Africa but, even though we didn't speak the same language, it was wonderful to see them smiling, having fun and enjoying the sport I love. I also run a car detailing business in my spare time. It is a good way for me to make some extra money but still be able to manage my school and soccer schedule.
