I have been playing soccer since I was 3 or 4 years old. My dad played soccer in a local league and he is who got me into soccer at such a young age. Through playing soccer for so many years I feel I have gained confidence on and off of the field. My academic goals for high school are to maintain a high GPA and finish near the top of my class. I would like to do the same throughout college also. I feel I am very good at maintaining playing soccer almost every day throughout the year and also staying up to date with my schoolwork. One thing I have had to overcome playing soccer is my size. I have worked on my strength and feel I can use my body very well for my size. I also take advantage of my speed to get by defenders. I also feel I have very good stamina. For my club I play in the right wing back position and have to be able to be involved in the defense and the offense. I also have to do that for usually all 80 minutes of the game. I feel what puts me ahead of other players is my speed and my ability to play full games at a position like right wing back.
