Samuel Barr '23 Recruiting Profile

I started playing soccer at four years old and joined the FC Stars club at age seven. From there I became passionate for the sport rotating

throughout all the positions during my career and settling as a winger. I am a hard working high work rate player and my main attributes are my

speed, passing/crossing, and my ability to read the game around me. I am now going into my senior year as a captain and have been a starting

varsity player since my freshman year. My competitive nature is what constantly pushes me to improve as a player and play at the highest level I

can achieve.

While soccer always has been and always will be one of my top priorities, I have also always taken academics very seriously working to achieve

high grades. My junior year I did dual enrollment for a semester, and as a senior I will be taking solely AP courses.

My goal is to take my soccer career to the highest, most competitive level possible while still pursuing a college degree.
