I am currently playing at Richmond International Academic and Soccer Academy in Leeds, United Kingdom training hard and developing as a Goalkeeper and player daily. This time in England is improving my game and helping me to develop as a person. I am considering coming back to play in the USA in either the fall of 2018.
Through soccer, I have learned perseverance, dedication and leadership. Playing Keeper is who I am and who I've been since I was 4 years old. None of us know what our futures hold. But I know my life will always involve soccer in some way.
I am a straight "A" student looking for a school that will allow me to pursue my goals of getting a degree in Business and either Engineering or International Finance and continuing to grow in the game. I am a goalkeeper, and my biggest skill related strength in goal is my "fearless attack" on the 1:1 breakaway. I travel 90 miles one way to play with Costa United FC Premier and it has been more than worth it to continue to learn and advance my training. I think my coaches and others can describe me as a person and as a player much better than I can as stated below. Thank you for viewing my profile.
Athlete and Coach Endorsements
Paul Anders-Position Coach, (Former Semi-Pro Goalkeeper), Field Coach Central Shoreline Soccer Club Select 12 years
"Dedication and leadership! Boone is a leader both on and off the field, helping to motivate and encourage his teammates to be better players and better people. He is also the most dedicated player I have ever worked with. He has been training as a goalkeeper since the first day he stepped on the pitch. He always stays focused. This has given him the edge as a player and has also been an example for his teammates. He is also the best goalkeeper I have ever seen in my 40 years of soccer!

Athletic Ability 10, Leadership 10, Team Player 10, Easy To Work With 10
Playing Ability Boone is athletic in many ways. As his wrestling coach, his drive to work hard and be the best athlete on the mat makes him a great athlete. Another is, his hours spent off season training to stay a step ahead of his competitors and keep his skills fresh.
Personality Boone's personality is what coaches like myself look for in every athlete. Boone is the most grateful and honest kid I have ever coached. Boone is a great team leader and it shows by how his team mates respond to his leadership.
Joe Grochowski-Coach Central Shoreline Soccer Club Select-2 years
"Boone is a natural team player and a team leader. He is highly invested in his team and feels responsible to his teammates to constantly be at his best. He has a lot of heart and is particularly humble. Our team had a few players who would slack off, and rather than getting torched at them (like I would have!), he didn't draw attention to them and instead lead by example by being 100% committed to hard work. His skills should be obvious from observation, but they're matched by his personality."
Scott Scheffler-MCC Varsity Coach, 3 years (plus two years managing Varsity team while in Middle School)
"I have had the opportunity to coach Boone the past several years. Boone is the most hard working and dedicated player I have seen in our soccer program in my 15 years of coaching. Since he stepped on the pitch as a freshmen, he has been a vocal leader on our team. He is by far the best keeper we have ever had on our team. He is a very intelligent keeper with good hands and anticipation. Given his talent and work ethic I have no doubt he can play at the next level."
Kaleb Wiegand-Teamate,7 years
"I have defended for 7 years with Boone and while we played together we had a lot of winning seasons. A lot of that was all because of Boone. He is the only keeper that I can trust to get the ball if it got behind me. He was always a great leader and always kept us in line. He has a great vision of the field so he can help direct us. He is also very vocal and he will let his players know if they are doing a good job or if they are doing a bad job. I would recommend him for any college team.

Athletic Ability 10 ,Leadership 10, Team Player 10, Easy To Work With 10
Playing Ability: Boone proved to be a tremendous assert for our wrestling team. His ability to be competitive at a variety of different weight classes help our team immensely. A major reason for his success, had a great deal to do with his athletic ability. Boone's agility and determination was a shining example to all.
Personality: Boone is a very coachable young man. He was always eager to learn and willing to help others. His willingness to compete wherever we needed him was a great example of the team concept that coaches strive for in their athletes.
Leon Tabler-Referee
"Boone is a player very dedicated to the game of soccer and an outstanding goalie. I have had the opportunity to watch Boone as a spectator and also up close as a referee. He has an great work ethic and fits in with all types of players. He is not afraid to step out of his comfort zone in order to learn and improve his game. He would be an asset for any team."
Candy Marek-Former CSSC Board Member
"Boone is a spectacular kid all the way around, not only is he highly talented and skilled in his passion of soccer, he is an upstanding citizen and shows respect to everyone and in any given situation. The world needs more people like Boone! Very dedicated and driven in every aspect of his life."
Tina and Dean Wiegand-Indoor Coaches
"Boone is a leader on the field. He has a great vision of the field and is able to direct his teammates appropriately. He is a team player and encourages his teammates to do the same. Boone is driven to do his best in every area of his life. He goes the extra mile to get extra training so he can be a better soccer player. He is not afraid of hard work. Off of the field he is extremely intelligent as he is an A student and plans to be an engineer. Boone would be a great asset to your team."

Athletic Ability 10, Leadership 10, Team Player 10, Easy To Work With 10
Playing Ability: He's a stand-out in athletics as well as academics.
Personality: Boone is a genuine leader. He is kind, of outstanding character, and truly likable. He constantly expects the best of himself. He is mature and patient with others. He is a terrific young man.
My interests besides soccer are refereeing, wrestling, archery, wood-working, metal-working, sax and guitar, and reading. I enjoy the outdoors such as camping, kayaking, and sport target shooting. But I also enjoy travel and studying different cultures. I enjoy all my classes in school, particularly math, business, history and Spanish and have offered tutoring help to my teammates with eligibility issues. I am very social and have earned the nickname "The Sour Patch Kid" because the aggression and determination I show on the pitch and mat do not match my personality off the field. I try to be helpful and generous to others and I try to rally people whether on the pitch, in the classroom or in any other situation.
