Aidan Helwig '20 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to get a bachelors of mechanical engineering degree. I am academically sound with a 3.75 GPA and committed to maintaining the standard as an academic letterman at Bemidji High school over the next year and a half. 

I desire to play collegiate soccer at a university where I can achieve this goal. I am a 3 sport athlete in soccer, wrestling and track. I also play club soccer through Bemidji youth soccer and have played year-round soccer for over ten years. I have played in the class A Minnesota State High school League (MSHSL) soccer tournament the last three years. This past season we were state runner-up losing in double overtime. I scored two of the three goals in the semi-finals and assisted the other to get us to the state championship game. I was selected as Lakes to Prairie conference honorable mention. 

I work hard on and off the field by lifting during the school year and during summer in a power program sponsored by Bemidji High school to retain and increase my conditioning and strength.
