Sawyer Rueckert '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sawyer Rueckert and I am a very dedicated and experienced soccer player. I have been playing soccer since I was 4 years old. A recent accomplishment was being named All-conference and MVP for my school soccer team.

What I can offer to a team is the promise to always work hard and never give up. I am the first to go to the field and the last to leave. I am currently in three sports; year-round soccer, track, and football which makes me a well rounded athlete. However soccer is my passion. I have also been one of the top in my class with a 4.07 GPA.

When it comes to choosing a college my options are pretty wide. I am mainly looking for schools in the Midwest but I am open to going elsewhere. If I can receive a good education and play soccer I will be happy. My top two choices for a major as of right now are Architecture or Engineering.

My athletic goals are to continue playing soccer at a high competitive level and make an impact on the team.
