I am currently a Junior at Rogers High school in Rogers, Minnesota. My desire is to continually become a better player and to be challenged by my coaches and teammates at the college level. I've been playing soccer for 10 years and ever since I started it's been all I've wanted to do. I've played almost every single position; I go anywhere my coaches need me to, although in the last couple years I've transitioned into playing center and defensive mid. Every year I push myself harder and harder to get to a higher level, whether that's on or off the field. I have been Team Captain at Legacy FC (club soccer) for the last three years. Being captain has taught be many skills, including problem solving, calling shots on the field, running warmups, working with our coach to discuss games, assisting players that are having difficulty, and more. I have played Varsity Soccer since my freshman year and have upped my game to play at this level. When I'm not on the soccer field I love to play basketball as well as other activities, such as snowmobiling and skiing. Soccer has given me many life skills; learning how to stay calm and controlled as well as being confident.
