I first started playing soccer at the age of 5. Initially, at a younger age, soccer was just an outlet for energy and a way to get me off my parent's hands for an hour or two. However, in no time at all, this sport became my identity. I play the sport all year round and pour my heart and soul into it every time I take the field. And the opportunity to take my talent and passion to the collegiate level has become my main priority.
As of this year I play on two teams and play a vital role in both. My team leadership paired with my knowledge of the game has led me to achieve great things within this sport that I love. In the 2023-2024 season I was awarded --- First Team All District --- While I do contribute to a team both on and off the field, my on field performance is always very consistent and strong. My on field vision and awareness makes me a solid midfielder who is willing to do anything for his team. Even when it means giving up the winning goal to a teammate and giving up the limelight. My intricate passing can break through several lines of defense and assist in key goals.
In addition to my athletic ability, I exceed in the classroom. I always try my best on my work and I've maintained all A's and a --- 4.0 GPA (unweighted) --- throughout my four years of high school. As of sophomore year I have a composite ACT score of 27. I'm 21st out of 262 in my class as well as an active member in the National Honors Society.
I want to attend a college where I can further improve both my athletic ability as well as my academic career. I am open to any coach who reaches out and want to find the right college match for me.
