Hello, my name is Emille Scanavino and I’m a 2024 Goalkeeper from Mexico, Mo. I currently play for Sporting Columbia in the USYS. I wear number 30.
Academics are a top priority for me. I currently hold a 3.64/4.0 GPA. I excel in various subjects including my Math and Engineering courses.
I am a born leader that makes others around me better. I am a very knowledgeable player on all positions so that I can use my voice to better their positioning and see the space around them. My role as goalkeeper is not to just save shots, it is to make sure my teammates are playing the best they can.
Soccer has allowed me to become the person I am today, through my teammates, coaches and my competition. It has taught me many lessons throughout the years, but the most important one is that you always have to improve yourself.
Through college athletics, I desire to play at a high level, compete every day, make a significant difference on and off the field, and earn a college degree. After earning a degree in Civil Engineering, I would love to pursue a Chief Civil Engineering position in a city.
