Joshua Thurber '20 Recruiting Profile

Soccer is my passion, plain and simple. Without it I do not know what I would do. When I play it's the best feeling in the world. I give my all for the team and the game. I strive to be the best player on the pitch doing most of my work off of it to accomplish my goals. I am always in the gym or on the field to prepare for my next game. Soccer makes me hungry and I can't get enough of it. 

As a player I feel that I am a hard worker who isn't afraid to give it all for the team. I like to command the field and love progressing the game through possession and attack. I feel like I would be an asset to any team because of my attitude and work ethic on and off the field. I feel as though soccer has also influenced me academically, through hard work and focus I learned through the sport I also applied to my schoolwork. Like I said without this sport I would be totally lost. The game is a part of me and always will be and I know I will bring my ethic, talents and attitude to any team/school that I find myself at.
