Personal Statement
My name is Brian Bennett and I am a 5â?? 10â? defender from Millstone Township, New Jersey graduating from Allentown High School in 2012. I have six years of experience with the Ironbound Predators located in Newark, New Jersey. We are the 2010 U-16 Super Y-League National Champions, 2010 U-16 US Youth Soccer Regional Champions; we attended USYS 2010 National Tournament, 2009 Dallas Cup, and 2008 Disney Soccer Showcase. I currently have a 3.9 GPA in all honors and AP courses. I also received a 1790 on my SATâ??s.
I am looking for a large school with a college town feel to it. A warm climate and a high academic reputation are important to me as I am looking to pursue a career in engineering. My goal is to play at the highest level possible. I have been training my whole life to play at the college level and I believe I am ready for the rigorous training of a college team.
