Remi Ufheil '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Remi and a fun fact about me is that I have four passports ! I am a French-Swiss-German and American citizen, and I currently live in New Jersey since 2015. Before that, I lived in Switzerland where I attended school until 5th grade and played soccer for my local club.

I have been playing soccer since I was seven years old. I would like to continue my passion during my undergraduate studies and aspire to play  at collegiate level.

As a player, I have above average technical speed , ball handling, dribbling and heading skills. I also have a very good tactical awareness because of my decisions on the ball and my individual/group defending. I am in excellent physical shape and always strive to be one of the hardest working players on the field. I believe I am a team leader with excellent work ethic always trying to communicate and encourage my teammates, while always open to feedback.

I am motivated both on the field and in the classroom, where I also always try to give my best and maintain good grades. 

I want to attend a college where both academic and athletic programs meet my interests. I am mostly interested in the Engineering/Environmental Engineering and other engineering curriculums. I am also intrigued by  Architecture and Design Majors. 

My dream is to play at the division 1 level, where i can also pursue a good education.  To achieve this, I am giving my best to better my skills and to increase my grades, and will maintain a constant focus thereafter.
