I have played soccer all my life and I have always been a good player individually, but my greatest experiences in the sport have been a result of being on great teams. A great team to me is not necessarily a team that wins all the time (although winning is always more fun). A great team to me is a team in which the players support each other, work hard to get better, and respect and enjoy the game. I want to be part of a great college team and I hope I can help my team to be the best it can be. I think that my greatest strengths are my technical ability, ball striking, my vision and knowledge of the game, and my ability to make my teammates better.
Academically, I hope to challenge myself and learn as much as I can so that I can be ready for my next steps when I graduate. I am a good student and although I have many interests, I am undecided on what I will focus on. I am leaning towards computer science, but I also enjoy history and business.
I know that college will be more than just soccer and school, so I also want to make sure that wherever I go, it will be a great environment for me personally to grow as a person and as a student-athlete.
