I grew up in a household where soccer has been a big part of our lives. The influence soccer had on me immediately gave me such a passion for the sport where it has become a big part of my life. When I wake up I think of soccer, when I eat I think of soccer, when I sleep I even dream of soccer. It has given me a goal to be the best that I can be in every aspect of the sport and in life. What makes me different from the other players is my ambition and adaptability to situations. It is both a blessing and a curse. It is a blessing because whatever it is I do I give it my all. My mother has always told me, "Whatever you do son, if you are the CEO of a company, a dishwasher, or even a garbage man, always give it your all." The curse is that being to ambitious can make me lose sighted of other important things. My academics is not as good as it could be and I have set a goal to make it better. I want to show that I can be the best in soccer and take other responsibilities in my life and improve them.
