Zachary Young '18 Recruiting Profile

  I have been playing soccer for countless years.  Soccer has become a huge part of my life and allows me to express my creativity on the field.   If I'm not playing soccer then I'm watching it on TV constantly trying to improve my game by taking notes on other professionals. 

  While I may be seen as undersized as a goalkeeper, my quick feet and fast reflexes make up much more of my game.  Height is not obstacle for me and I am able to prove to many that my hard work can overcome it.  This is just a testament to my confidence, perseverance, and dedication to continue to improve and refine skills.

  I am very self motivated on field and in the classroom.  I will do everything in my power to ensure that I am ready to play and succeed at the college level.  I understand that is a once in a life time opportunity to play at the college level.   It's a dream for me to play and I will continue to work to achieve this.
