Erik Mejia '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches, my name is Erik Mejia. I will be a graduate of 2023 and my passion is soccer. Currently i am defensive midfielder for Wake FC mls next 03/04 .  The accomplishment I am most proud of while playing soccer was my second season with NCFC  I went on to be the top scorer in spain finishing with 6 goals in the tournament. When it comes to academics, I am really serious about school as I am with soccer. I am enrolled in  4 honors classes for the 2020-21 school year.

I believe that I am a very disciplined and focused person on and off the field. I listen to my coaches and always do my best to execute their input onto the skills I have. I am a leader on and off the field,  and not only do I push myself but my teammates as well. I am a player who is very versatile on the field. I am interested in finding a school that provides challenges in the game and support in the classroom. I look forward to my college opportunities and welcome the challenges it may present.
