Shayan Rasouli '20 Recruiting Profile

I am a young man who has many aspirations and dreams. My life long dream has always been to play soccer professionally. Many kids have the same dream as me, but not all of them choose to put in the hard work required to make their dream come true. There is no off-season for me, when the soccer season is over, the hard work is still being put in at the gym. I am constantly working out and watching my diet and making sure I am always on top of the game and always in shape, getting better and more ready for the upcoming season. I am also a team leader,  I was given the captains band last season from the previous captain of my school team, which indicates that I will become captain for this year. I get along well with everyone and have a good time, but will make sure that we stay focused and ready to put the work in. My academics is also well above average, my weighted GPA was at a 4.1 this past year and I scored a 28 on my ACT, which I plan on taking again to break the 30 mark.
