Tyson Cox '24 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to pursue a field in engineering and aim for success in athletics and academics. I believe academics is very important because it sets you up for long term goals that you may have in the future. As a player, I demonstrate good character and quality leadership skills that benefit my team at practice and during games. As an outside back who is big and fast, I enjoy the aspects of attacking and defending. I love making defensive stops in this position because it could change the game and also give my team great momentum. I also love the attacking side of my position which deals with swift over laps and small sided combos which results in either assisting or scoring, this also changes the game. I know coaches want players who are smart, calm, and confident, so I do the best I can to keep fulfilling these traits that I have developed over my soccer career.
