William Garinger '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a Senior at Worthington Christian high school in Columbus, OH.  I have been playing soccer since the age of 5 and off the field I enjoy lifting and spending time with friends, family and God.  To start my junior year of High School I decided to focus on soccer and accepted an invitation to the Barca Residency Academy in Casa Grande, AZ.  Due to covid issues, my year at Barca was cut short and I moved back to Ohio after the first semester.  I was then invited to train with the Columbus Crew Academy, and guest played at high level showcases with the Columbus DPP soccer club last spring.  During my senior year, I captained my High School Soccer team and returned to my prior club, Ohio Premier ECNL.  I was honored to be named an All-American by the United Soccer Coaches Association.
