AJ Baker '17 Recruiting Profile

I have played soccer since I was 6 years old and love the game.  I want to play college soccer so that I can continue to play the game I love while getting a good education and preparing myself for the future.  I am a very driven and determined person.  When I set a goal, I put everything I have into reaching it.  I have pushed myself to continually improve and grow as a soccer player, in both my knowlege of the game and my athletic skills, while never sacrificing academics.  I strive to be a leader and a team player on and off the field.  I have played pretty much every position over the years and am willing to play wherever I am needed to help the team succeed and win.  I am not afraid of hard work - I have juggled being an active member of my team, working a part time job and maintaining good grades.
