2024 HS Highlights Personal Statement
My name is Zach Stevens and I have been the starting varsity goalkeeper for Little Miami High School for 4 consecutive years. In 2024 I was recognized as a SW Ohio All-District 1st Team award winner after leading our school to its first Division I District final. I have been selected by league coaches to the ECC All-Conference 1st Team in three consecutive seasons (2024, 2023, and 2022). These past two seasons (2024 & 2023) I have been voted as both team MVP as well as team Captain. In addition, I have also been chosen two years in a row as a Division I boys soccer All-Star by the Cincinnati Enquirer. My favorite moment playing soccer was winning the ECNL RL Central Region Championship in 2023 and qualifying for nationals. My passion, drive, and determination set me apart from others. I am willing to put in the effort to make things happen and strive to get better each day while playing soccer, a sport I love. In college, I want to excel in the classroom, but also want to add value to my college experience by playing soccer at a high level.
In 2023 I helped lead my club team to the ECNL RL Central Championship and then ended the 2024 as an ECNL RL Central semi-finalist.
