My name is Thomas Gage Harris and I am from Miami, OK. I would like to attend college and play for a great team. I have played soccer since I was 4 years old. I began playing club soccer since I was 8 and am currently playing on the West Side Alliance Arsenal 01 Competitive team out of Tahlequah, OK in the off season. My goal is to be a student athlete, gain a degree and further grow as a soccer player. I am a defensive midfielder but, I am open to play where I am needed. I have strong foot skills, and have the talent to see the field of play better than most. I’m a leader and am constantly trying to bring everyone up to a higher standard around me, on and off the field. I am a top student academically in my class. I am very involved in other activities in my school. My activities include 6 years of band, where I have been section leader, soloist, 2 time All-District player on both Alto and Tenor Saxophone. I have been in Student Council for 5 years, Key Club for 3 years, Interact Club for 3, Fellowship of Christian Athletes for 1 year, Rotary RYLA Leadership attendee, National Honor Society, Varsity Soccer and Cross Country for 3 years. I was named to the All- District Player for the 2019 season, as a Sophomore.
With all that has been mentioned above, I believe that I would be a great asset to your team. I am a really hard worker and have the ability to push myself in all areas of my life to excellence. I love the game of soccer. I am a student of the game and hope to play at the collegiate level and one day coach as well as be a life long player. I hope that in the future, I can make sure my community is participating in growing soccer players in our area through our rec programs. I know for that to happen, I must be my best. I need and want to continue my growth in the sport. I believe your school is a place that I can make these dreams come true.
I’m looking forward to meeting with anyone who is interested.
