Hello coach! My name is Steven Garber Jr. I am a dedicated and driven athlete on and off the field. I currently play varsity soccer in high school as a freshman. I aspire to continue my soccer career in college and professionally. I strive to become the best player I can be by always being a student of the game. Unlike some of my peers, I prioritize the team above all else. I take pride in leading with integrity and class. While I strive to make myself proud, I know it’s equally important to honor those who believe in me—my team, coach, friends, and family. I am confident yet remain humble in my approach. I have the heart of a lion and put it all out on the field during practice and games.
In addition to on the field, I give it 120% academically off the field. When I am not on the field, you can find me studying for my accelerated classes, volunteering in the community, and participating in extra circular activities such as chorus, theatre, and student government.
I also keep myself in shape during the off season by participating in other sports such as wrestling and track. After achieving my high school goals, my next goal is to be accepted to a division 1 or 2 college and earn a degree in either the education or medial fields. I am committed to excelling in all areas of my life and am eager to bring my passion and dedication to your team.
