Jason French '19 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches, I appreciate you taking time out of your day to look over my profile. My name is Jason French, a junior at Bradford Area High School where I currently play soccer and baseball.

My goals and aspirations are to walk across the stage to receive my diploma, then from there I can push myself toward the right college where I am able to excel academically. Along with excelling academically, I want be able to fit in with my colleagues easily, helping make college beneficial and fun at the same time.

What makes me a good candidate for your team is my understanding of the game. Learning the ability to understand the game has helped me stay calm in positions where most people aren't. I am also a good contender when heading the ball, as I am aggressive and will contest with any ball in my area. I'm also a quick player, this helps me transition quickly from defense to offense in a moment's notice. I also deliver set pieces to help our team transition out of the back into a strong attack up on offense.

I am equally as driven in my academics as I am on the soccer field. I dedicate myself to my education, to help push myself to my maximum potential. I am dedicated to what I want to achieve, and am willing to work as hard as I need to push myself in that direction. I will respect others along the way and be responsible for my actions, as I learn from my mistakes and grow off of my accomplishments. I want to serve as a role model for my brother, so he has the opportunity to do what I've done and possibly even more.
