Going to Portugal for the Mundialito soccer tournament has been the highlight of my club soccer career. Although we lost in the quarter-finals, we had a great game only losing 2-1 to Valencia F.C, one of the best teams from Spain, and in La Liga. But when I grew the most was when our team lost back to back State Cup finals in 2015 and also 2016. After being in the U.S Development Academy and attending several DA showcases I have gotten a lot stronger mentally and physically, and also have gained a lot of leadership skills. This will help me try to lead my team to a State Cup finals win and beyond in 2020. Through many years of soccer, I have learned the sacrifice and dedication needed as well as teamwork and leadership needed to be successful. A program that would be great athletically as well as academically would be the best fit for me. I believe that with my leadership skills, enthusiastic energy, and many other attributes, I would make an impact on a team on and off the field. Being a leader for dozens of teams, across three different sports, I know that I could be a leader on your team.
