My name is Blake Ericksen, I'm from Philadelphia Pa, but go to school at Phoenixville Area High school. I play as a center back but can also play right back. I understand the meaning of being a team, not just the individuality and understanding that everyone has a role on the team whether you play or not, everyone contributes. Soccer has taught me so much, I would say being a leader the most. Being a center back you have the ability to control the whole game, telling where the ball should go, if there is a man on, and most importantly supplying the energy to everyone playing in front of you. Being 6'1 and my leaping ability allows me to be an aerial threat and win a lot of headers. I look forward college where I can expand my learning, join new and different clubs, actives and continue growing as soccer player/athlete but also a leader.
