Marcos Casasnovas '23 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was ten years old. I stumbled across this sport while in search for new hobbies and ended up loving it. From there on out, I made the decision to dedicate myself to soccer and to, hopefully, have a great future in it.

Some of my best qualities as a defender are that I don’t give up on plays, I make great use of my long legs in intercepting and in running, I’m a coachable player and I learn from most of my mistakes. I’ll work extremely hard to get to professional level soccer.

As for my academic development, I want to maintain my grades in good standing as they are a top priority for me.

I would like to be in a university where I could be challenged and would learn a lot from the obstacles thrown at me. I have an open mind and I’m open to all options. I hope to become a great player in and out the field and make myself proud.
