Jason Fishpaw '22 Recruiting Profile

I'm looking forward to the next phase of life, going to college, and competing at the college level.  I am a born competitor, so pushing for the next level, excelling in everything I do, and refusing to accept anything less is in my DNA.  To that, I shine both on and off the field; my academic strength, work ethic, speed, ball control, and attitude are attributes that make me a great fit for any team.  I come from a strong, solid family who supports me in everything I do.  Faith, family, and my inherent determination have gotten me where I am today, and I will continue to keep pushing and fulfilling my dreams.  

I have several years of experience playing travel soccer, have played in multiple tournaments, and am proud to have been a leading scorer on my current travel team (04 Premier Strikers - DII)  that won the State Championship for two consecutive years and either placed or won multiple tournaments.  After winning the 2018 State Championship, we were invited to the Presidents Cup in Round Rock, TX where I was ranked #8 out of all scorers in the U15 bracket in the tournament.  And, although we were invited back to regionals in 2019 after winning state for the second year, 2020 regionals were canceled due to COVID.  

My career at Siegel High School in Murfreesboro, TN,  started as a hybrid player as a freshman and quickly evolved into the starting Attacking Mid at the beginning of my sophomore season.  Since then, am still the starting AM, but I rotate through at Striker and other support positions.

I look forward to committing to a college that will help me live my dream, help me continue to develop, and allow me to play soccer at the highest level.  I'm confident my experience, attitude, skillset, and versatility on the field will make me a great addition to any team.
