GIANCARLO PARDO '22 Recruiting Profile

 As a student, I am dependable, responsible, and very proactive. I currently have a – 3.1 GPA and a score of 970 out of 1600 on my SATs. I plan on retaking the SAT soon. My goal is a score of 1200 +.

As for soccer, before being recruited for the DA Houston Dynamo Program I played in several high-level quality tournaments to mention one the Danone Nations Cup in Disney 2016. Currently I am playing for the Houston Dynamo Youth Soccer Club / ECNL in Woodlands, Texas. As of now I am attending Crowder Junior College and already completed my fall semester.  I became to be a starting left back and played all games.

Last year we qualified for the ECNL National Championship. This year (2021-2022) we are undefeated with a very good chance to advance again to the ECNL National Championship.

At high school we won District Champions 24-6A and I was selected 1st team All-District this past season. Recently I was invited to the U20 Puerto Rico National Team pool for the U20 World Cup Qualifiers held in Santo Domingo, Republica Dominicana. My main strength as a player is left back but I consider myself a versatile player from playing anywhere in the midfield. I have played for the Houston Dynamo Academy DA for four years. I have traveled to Spain, England, and Canada for high level international tournaments. My plans and goals are to play for a quality soccer program at all possible Division I, II. NAIA D I or Junior College with a good soccer program.

I strongly believe that with my experience I can be a good candidate for college soccer.
