Nicholas Lewis '16 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Nicholas Ray Lewis, I am 19 years old and I am 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weigh 167 pounds. I am currently playing for the Spanish club C.D. Oliver in Zaragoza Spain {details below} and plan on entering college in Fall of 2016.  I have been playing soccer for as long as I can remember and I can play any position I am needed. For the past two years I have played forward, wing midfielder, and a center attacking/defending midfielder. In high school I was on the varsity team for 3 years and the captain my senior year. I have also been a starting player for a division one team, Padre Hurricanes, whom I played with for 2 years.  We played in San Antonio, Texas in a Division 1 group made up of teams from the San Antonio - Austin area.  Prior to that I played club soccer for Tri-City Soccer and Gregory Portland Soccer Association and played against clubs in from the Corpus Christi Texas area to the Rio Grande Valley cities of McAllen, Brownsville, and Laredo Texas.

For the past three years I have trained individually, as well as with small groups, at Giraldo Elite Futbol. As of now I am studying Spanish at the University of Zaragoza and am playing soccer with the Spanish club team C. D. Oliver in Zaragoza Spain.  I am currently playing center forward and was moved there by my coach from a wing midfield position.  I cannot express the talent that I am blessed to train and play with in the players of C. D. Oliver.  The love of the love of the game and the comradery here is incredible.
